What you’ll bring

- HNC, HND or Degree in Civil Engineering

- Ability to guide and manage junior Site Engineers

- Strong understanding of Tier 1 paperwork and processes across H&S, quality, and commercial

- Rail experience essential

Your responsibilities

- Reporting to the Sub Agent and supervising the engineering team through construction to handover

- Managing and developing the Site Engineers

- Supporting temporary works coordination and design briefs

- Planning labour, plant, materials and temporary works with the Sub Agent and Foreman

- Identifying and resolving technical issues on site

- Ensuring works comply with safety, quality, and programme requirements

- Coordinating subcontractors and monitoring performance

- Ensuring the team has current drawings, information, and resources

- Assisting with programmes, progress reporting, resource planning and cost control

- Producing accurate site records and daily diaries
