Sales Ledger Assistant 16 Month FTC
- Maintain the sales ledger, ensuring accuracy and completeness of data.
- Process customer invoices in a timely and efficient manner.
- Reconcile customer accounts and resolve discrepancies promptly.
- Monitor and follow up on outstanding payments to ensure timely collection.
- Assist with month-end reporting and provide support for audits as required.
- Communicate effectively with clients and internal teams regarding account queries.
- Support the wider accounting and finance team with ad hoc tasks.
- Identify process improvements and contribute to increasing operational efficiency.
