The Opportunity
We are looking for an experienced Contract Recruiter / Talent Partner to support Arcavia Consulting on a contract basis. This is a remote‑based role , offering flexibility while working closely with founders, clients, and candidates across the built environment.
This role is ideal for a recruiter who enjoys autonomy, values quality over volume, and is comfortable operating as an extension of a client’s internal talent capability.
Key Responsibilities
Identify, research and headhunt key talent for client roles
Partner closely with Arcavia Consulting and client stakeholders to understand hiring needs, business objectives, and project requirements
Manage the end‑to‑end recruitment lifecycle across permanent and/or contract roles within the built environment
Proactively source, engage, and assess high‑quality candidates using a variety of channels
Act as a trusted talent advisor, offering insight into market conditions, candidate availability, and role positioning
Manage candidate relationships with professionalism, transparency, and care throughout the process
Coordinate interviews, feedback, and offer processes to ensure a smooth candidate and client experience
Maintain the highest of standards across our data platforms
Maintain accurate recruitment documentation and pipeline tracking
Represent the Arcavia Consulting brand with integrity and credibility at all times
About You
Proven experience as a recruiter or talent partner, ideally within the built environment (e.g. construction, property, infrastructure, design)
Comfortable working autonomously in a remote, contract‑based environment
Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and advise senior clients
Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
Professional, consultative communication style
Able to manage multiple roles and priorities without compromising quality
Experience working with recruitment systems and sourcing tools
Capable of fostering and contributing to a remote-first culture.
