Personal Injury Paralegal
An award-winning national law firm, widely recognised for its strength in personal injury and insurance litigation, is looking to recruit an experienced and confident RTA Litigation Executive or Paralegal to join its busy Claimant Fast Track RTA Litigation team in central Leeds.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage your own caseload of litigated fast-track RTA claims from initial instruction through to settlement or trial
- Handle liability disputes and provide clear, practical advice throughout the litigation process
- Deliver an exceptional level of client care, upholding the firm's reputation for professionalism and quality
- Work closely with experienced solicitors and fee earners as part of a high-performing and dynamic team
Requirements
- Demonstrable experience handling fast-track RTA litigation matters
- Strong understanding of the litigation process and the Civil Procedure Rules
- Familiarity with the OIC portal, with a clear working knowledge (even if not used on a daily basis)
- Excellent communication, negotiation and organisational skills
