HR Administrator - Leeds, West Yorkshire - January 2026
A large and inclusive secondary school in Leeds is seeking a professional and discreet HR Administrator to support its people operations from January 2026.
The school places high value on staff wellbeing, clear procedures and professional respect. HR is viewed as a supportive and enabling function, helping staff to thrive in a well-structured environment.
The Role
You will work closely with senior leaders and the business team to support the full employee lifecycle.
Key responsibilities include:
Recruitment administration and onboarding
Maintaining personnel records and safeguarding documentation
Supporting absence management and wellbeing processes
Preparing documentation for payroll
Responding to HR queries with discretion and clarity
Supporting policy implementation and compliance

Experience in HR or people administration
