Let's find your role
To support development and implementation of Asda's Health, Safety & Environment compliance programme across stores, logistics and home offices

You will:

• Support SME's and Compliance managers to deliver a cost effective programme that migrates risk and ensures compliance
• Ensure the compliance communication and implementation tools such as One Asda and other related compliance material are reviewed and updated as required.
• Assist with the development and writing of policies and procedures
• Coordinate GNFR requests for operational compliance
• Coordinate and support in the statutory inspection programme with service provider
• Dealing with general Health, Safety and Environment related queries and admin
• Coordinate communications plan to ensure timely delivery of communications to Asda
• Support with annual risk assessments

• Be proficient in Microsoft Office
• Ability to work on own initiative
• NEBOSH Certificate (or working towards)
• Change Management experience
• Excellent stakeholder analysis and engagement
• Writing and implementing management systems
