To support development and implementation of Asda's Health, Safety & Environment compliance programme across stores, logistics and home offices
You will:
- Support SME's and Compliance managers to deliver a cost effective programme that migrates risk and ensures compliance
- Ensure the compliance communication and implementation tools such as One Asda and other related compliance material are reviewed and updated as required.
- Assist with the development and writing of policies and procedures
- Coordinate GNFR requests for operational compliance
- Coordinate and support in the statutory inspection programme with service provider
- Dealing with general Health, Safety and Environment related queries and admin
- Coordinate communications plan to ensure timely delivery of communications to Asda
- Support with annual risk assessments

- Ability to work on own initiative
- NEBOSH Certificate (or working towards)
- Change Management experience
- Excellent stakeholder analysis and engagement
- Writing and implementing management systems
