Construction Disputes Solicitor
Contentious Construction Solicitor | 1-5 PQE | national law firm | Leeds A leading national law firm is looking to recruit a Contentious Construction Solicitor (1-5 PQE) into its well-regarded Leeds team. This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing construction disputes practice with a strong national reputation, acting for an impressive client base across a wide range of sectors. The Role You will be involved in a broad mix of contentious construction work, including:
- Construction and engineering disputes across adjudication, arbitration, litigation, and mediation
- Acting for employers, contractors, developers, consultants, and insurers
- Disputes arising from JCT, NEC, and bespoke contracts
- High-value and complex matters, often with a multi-jurisdictional or strategic element
- Are qualified in England & Wales with 1-5 years' PQE in contentious construction
- Have experience of adjudication and formal dispute resolution processes
- Are commercially minded with strong technical ability
- Enjoy working collaboratively and are keen to progress within a national practice
