The role
As a Designer, you will report to the Design Director and work with the wider studio to deliver high-quality creative solutions. You will be a key part of our creative team, responsible for interpreting briefs and developing design concepts that reinforce brand messages. With a can-do approach and a focus on industry-leading craft, you will help us produce new ideas that live and last in the real world.
What you’ll be doing
You will work with creative briefs developed by the planning and account handling teams to deliver high quality creative solutions.
You will interpret the brief and demonstrate your thinking while developing appropriate design concepts.
You will think creatively to produce new ideas and concepts for our clients.
You will accurately estimate the time taken to complete work and provide this information to account handlers.
Y ou will work as part of the creative team to ensure that quality standards are maintained across all agency work.
You will present finalised ideas and concepts to internal teams or clients in a thoughtful and articulate manner.
You will work in partnership with printers and copywriters and photographers along with other designers and marketing specialists.
What we’re looking for
You have experience of delivering and winning client pitches.
You possess a good grounding in design principles and a strong awareness of the industry.
You keep abreast of developments in IT and particularly in the latest design programmes.
You are adept at using the Adobe Creative Suite to produce your work.
You are a strong face to face communicator with the ability to articulate concepts to the wider team.
