Corporate Solicitor

We are seeking two experienced Corporate Solicitors to join a top-tier, globally recognised law firm’s Leeds team. These roles, suitable for lawyers from 2 PQE right through to Senior or Principal Associate level, offer a dynamic and challenging environment specialising in high-calibre M&A transactions, cross-border deals, equity capital markets, private equity, and reorganisations. The successful candidates will handle a mixture of local and international corporate work, with opportunities to develop client relationships, contribute to business development initiatives, and participate in client secondments and international placements. The roles demand proactive, ambitious professionals eager to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative team that values diversity, inclusion, and professional growth.

• 2-8 years PQE in Corporate Law, with strong M&A experience
• Strong transactional, analytical, and client management skills
• Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage / work on multiple transactions simultaneously
• Excellent relationship-building skills with clients and internal teams
• Experience of cross-border transactions (desirable but not essential)
• Shared enthusiasm for business development and team collaboration
• Willingness to support and mentor junior colleagues (more senior levels)
