A successful and growing secondary school in Leeds is seeking a highly organised HR Administrator to support its staff and leadership team from January 2026 .

The Role

You will provide day-to-day HR and personnel support across the full employee lifecycle, ensuring compliance, confidentiality and smooth processes. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys balancing people-focused work with detailed administrative systems.

Responsibilities include:

  • Supporting recruitment, interviews and onboarding

  • Managing DBS checks, references and safeguarding documentation

  • Maintaining accurate personnel records

  • Supporting absence tracking and staff contracts

  • Assisting with HR queries and policy administration
