Legal Advisor - Litigation
Salary: £30,000 – £38,000 Coppersmith Recruitment and Services Ltd are recruiting for a Legal Advisor – Litigation to join a fast-paced RTA team. The Role You will be responsible for managing a high-volume caseload of Fast Track litigated RTA claims, ensuring cases are progressed efficiently using internal systems and processes. Key Responsibilities * Manage a caseload of Fast Track litigated RTA claims * Progress files in line with internal procedures * Use case management systems effectively * Liaise with clients and third parties * Ensure deadlines and KPIs are met Requirements * Experience handling Fast Track RTA litigation * Strong organisational and time management skills * Ability to manage high volumes of work * Good communication and negotiation skills What’s on Offer * Competitive salary * Structured progression opportunities * High-performing team environment
