Accounts Payable/Finance Assistant
Completing vendor and customer account reconciliations
Performing bank reconciliations
Preparing and setting up payment runs
Handling internal and external stakeholder queries
Assisting with external audit requirements
Supporting ad‑hoc analysis, reporting, and project work as required by the leadership teamAbout YouWe're looking for someone who brings: Experience in accounts payable, finance administration, or similar transactional finance roles
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Good communication skills and confidence dealing with stakeholders
Ability to prioritise workload and meet deadlines
Competence with finance systems and ExcelWorking Pattern Hybrid working: 3 days per week in the Leeds office
