The Role

• Teaching Business Studies across KS4 (GCSE) and KS5 (A-Level/BTEC)

• Planning and delivering lessons covering marketing, finance, operations, and entrepreneurship

• Supporting pupils with coursework, vocational units, and examination preparation

• Promoting high standards of professional literacy and commercial awareness

• Encouraging independent research and a passion for global markets

• Leading or assisting with enterprise challenges and Young Enterprise initiatives

• Participating in the statutory ECT induction and professional development sessions

The Ideal Candidate Will Have

• Currently working towards or recently completed Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)

• A degree in Business, Economics, or a Management-related discipline

• A passion for staying current with economic trends and business case studies

• The ability to simplify complex financial and commercial concepts for students

• Excellent classroom management skills and the ability to inspire aspirational learners

• A professional, organised, and positive teaching approach
