We provide acute and elective inpatient services, diagnostic services, see large numbers of outpatients and deliver life-long care. We have 14 inpatient ward areas located in Lincoln Wing and Bexley Wing at St James’s Hospital, endoscopy units across three sites and 7 satellite dialysis units across West Yorkshire. As a CSU we want to recruit enthusiastic, motivated and passionate people who share our commitment to provide excellent patient centred care and experience What you will bring to the role NVQ 3 in Health and Social Care, Diploma in Health Level 3, Diploma in Health and Social Care Level 3 or equivalent experience The Care Certificate or in the absence of this the applicant must successfully attain the Care Certificate within the first 3 months of employment Commitment to undergo training and education as required Significant experience of working within a healthcare setting delivering clinical and or personal care Insight into roles responsibilities of post Basic IT skills Caring and motivated Compassionate Courageous Reliable and trustworthy Interpersonal skills, confident and enthusiastic Willingness to learn and develop their role About Leeds Teaching Hospital NHS Trust Our values are part of what make us different from other trusts, so we see this as a strength, as well as a responsibility.
