Requirements

• Provide legal expertise and guidance on all aspects of Public Law Child Care matters
  
• Manage a diverse caseload, ensuring high standards of client service
  
• Work collaboratively with colleagues across the firm to deliver integrated legal solutions.
  
• Represent clients in court and at hearings
  
• Demonstrate excellent problem-solving and strategic thinking skills
  
• Build and maintain strong client relationships
  
• Work effectively under pressure to meet deadlines
  

About You:

• A qualified solicitor with a solid background in Child Care Law and Public Law matters
  
• A strategic thinker with strong problem-solving skills
  
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  
• Ability to manage a diverse and complex caseload
  
• A passion for providing the best legal representation for children and families
  
• Ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines
  
• Previous experience in Public Law Child Care work is essential
