HCM EBS Payroll Techno-Functional
Required Skills & Experience:
- 8–10 years of experience in Oracle HCM / HRMS (EBS)
- Strong experience in Oracle EBS Payroll (UK Payroll) and Absence Management
- Proven experience in support projects , including troubleshooting and bug fixing
- Strong technical skills in:
- Oracle PL/SQL
- Oracle Forms & Reports
- XML Publisher / BI Publisher (preferred)
- Fast Formulas
- Good understanding of Oracle EBS architecture (R12 preferred)
- Experience in debugging payroll processes and resolving production issues
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
