Branch Manager

What You’ll Be Doing
- Leading from the front to grow sales and achieve profit targets.
- Building strong, lasting relationships with customers and suppliers.
- Overseeing day-to-day operations: staff management, stock, logistics, and performance.
- Supporting and developing your team to deliver exceptional service.
- Championing a culture of accountability, service excellence, and “you can rely on us” values.
- Marketing your branch to attract new business and boost brand reputation.
What You’ll Bring
- Proven experience in a sales-led or branch leadership role , ideally in B2B or trade environments.
- Strong commercial acumen with the drive to grow and develop a branch.
- Effective people management and coaching skills.
- Operational know-how in stock, logistics, and customer service.
- Confident communicator with a proactive, hands-on approach.
- Familiarity with CRM systems (Salesforce a bonus) and Microsoft Office.
