CPCS/NPORS 360 Operator

Teamforce Labour re currently seeking an experienced 360 Excavator Operator to join a busy and growing site team in Leeds. This is a great opportunity to work on a range of ongoing construction and civil engineering projects with a reputable contractor.

Role Overview
As a 360 Operator, you will be responsible for the safe and efficient operation of excavators on site, supporting groundworks and construction activities. You’ll play a key role in ensuring projects are delivered on time and to a high standard.

Key Responsibilities
Operate 360 excavators safely and competently
Carry out excavation, grading, and trenching works
Work alongside groundworkers and site supervisors
Conduct daily machine checks and basic maintenance
Follow site health & safety procedures at all times
Assist with general site duties when requiredRequirements
Valid CPCS or NPORS card (essential)
Proven experience operating 360 excavators on construction sites
Good understanding of site safety and regulations
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
