Senior Quantity Surveyor – Leeds Leeds | Regional projects Circa £60,000 + package | Hybrid working Are you a Senior Quantity Surveyor looking for a fresh challenge, or a Quantity Surveyor ready to step up? I’m working with an established and growing residential developer with a strong reputation for delivering high-quality new build homes. With a number of live and upcoming projects, they’re looking to strengthen their Commercial team with a key hire based in Leeds. The Opportunity You’ll play a key role in the commercial management of multiple residential developments, ensuring projects are delivered on budget, on time, and to a high standard. This is a collaborative business with a strong team culture, offering the chance to contribute, add value, and progress your career. Key Responsibilities Managing cost control, budgets, and valuationsProcuring and managing subcontractorsPreparing tenders and recommendationsSupporting value engineering initiativesManaging variations and cost reportingProducing cost/value reconciliationsAttending commercial and site meetings About You Experience in a QS role within housebuilding or residential constructionEither operating at Senior level or ready to step upStrong commercial awareness and attention to detailConfident communicator with strong relationship-building skillsExperience with COINS (desirable) What’s on Offer Salary circa £60,000 (DOE)Company car or car allowanceHybrid working (2–3 days from home)Bonus schemePrivate healthcarePension & additional benefitsClear progression opportunities If you're interested in hearing more, apply now or get in touch for a confidential discussion.
