A prestigious and well-established law firm in central Leeds is seeking a professional and personable Receptionist to join their team on a full-time, permanent basis. This is a key front-of-house role, ideal for someone who thrives in a busy, client-facing environment and takes pride in delivering exceptional service.
As the first point of contact for clients and visitors, you will play a vital role in maintaining the firm’s professional image. Working on a busy main reception, your responsibilities will include:
- Answering, screening, and directing incoming calls
- Welcoming clients and visitors in a friendly and professional manner
- Preparing and serving refreshments
- Managing stationery orders and supplies
- Handling incoming and outgoing post
- Ensuring meeting rooms are tidy and well-presented
- Booking and coordinating meeting rooms
- Providing general administrative support as required
- Previous reception experience is essential
- Smart, professional appearance with a polished presentation
- Warm, approachable, and confident communication style
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail
- Able to multitask and remain calm under pressure
- Proactive with a positive, can-do attitude
