Director of Primary
Salary: £78,702 - £105,595 per annum
Grade: L18-L30
Contract: Permanent
Hours: 37 Hours per week
Location: Trust-wide. North and West Yorkshire
Leeds Diocesan Learning Trust is looking to appoint an exceptional and values-driven Director of Primary to lead and shape the next phase of school improvement across our growing family of schools.
This is a significant and exciting opportunity to play a key strategic role at the heart of our Trust, ensuring that every child across LDLT benefits from an excellent education and is able to flourish.
As a Trust of 13 primary schools, with clear ambitions for growth, we are looking for an experienced leader who combines strong strategic vision with a proven track record of school improvement and system leadership.
The Director of Primary will:
- Provide strategic leadership and operational oversight of school improvement across the Trust - Work closely with the CEO and school leaders to ensure consistently high standards
- Strengthen leadership capacity and drive collaboration across schools
- Ensure all pupils, regardless of background, receive a high-quality, inclusive education
This is a Trust-wide role with the opportunity to shape educational provision at scale and contribute to the continued growth of LDLT.
