- Provide administrative support to the secretarial and business support department.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure timely data entry into internal systems.
- Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and manage scheduling requirements.
- Handle correspondence, including emails and phone calls, in a professional manner.
- Assist with the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documentation.
- Support the team with ad hoc administrative tasks as required.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures in all tasks.
