Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a variety of corporate transactions.
• Project-manage deals, ensuring efficient execution and client satisfaction.
• Develop strong client relationships with mid-market businesses and high-growth corporates.
• Mentor and supervise junior lawyers, nurturing their development.
• Play an active role in business development and marketing within professional networks.

Candidate Profile

• Experience: 3+ years PQE in corporate/M&A transactional work.
• Strong technical ability and independent deal management skills.
• Client-focused, personable, and confident, capable of working across internal and external stakeholders.
• Ambitious and proactive, with interest in BD and supervising junior lawyers.
