🔹 Your Role As the Registered Manager, you will:
- Oversee both the domiciliary care provision and the LD assisted living service
- Ensure CQC compliance, high care standards, and person-centred support
- Lead, motivate, and nurture an established, passionate team
- Support ongoing development, service improvement, and community connections
- Build strong relationships with service users, families, local partners, and stakeholders
- Experience in domiciliary care and/or supported living
- Strong leadership and operational management skills
- Understanding of elderly care and learning disabilities
- Someone who values teamwork, compassion, and empowerment
- A Manager who thrives in a supportive, community-focused environment
