A thriving secondary school in Leeds is recruiting an organised and driven School Business Manager for a January 2026 start. The successful School Business Manager will take responsibility for finance, HR, premises, administration and compliance, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. A structured induction and handover will be arranged ahead of January 2026.

• Based in a successful and well-regarded secondary school in Leeds
• Joining an established operations, premises and finance team
The School Business Manager will lead budget planning, analyse financial data, manage HR records, work with external contractors and support estates planning. We require a School Business Manager with strong analytical skills, excellent organisation and the confidence to contribute at senior leadership level.

Experience & qualifications
