As a 360 consultant, you will be working to lead a forward-thinking, proactive, and supportive team who have an established reputation for being specialists in their markets.

We have multiple opportunities ranging from Junior to Principal Consultant, all of which will be based at our head office in Horsforth which is the heart of CSG. You will be working alongside top billers, experienced managers and fresh talent coming into the world of recruitment!

• Proven track record within 360 recruitment
• Industry experience is flexible - if you have Executive Search experience, even better!
• Comfortable and confident in approaching Business Development with new and existing clients.
• A passion for supporting and developing a team of recruitment consultants.
• A team Player who is looking to grow and develop within their Recruitment Career.
