Remote Conveyancer

I’m working with a leading national conveyancing team that is looking to appoint an experienced Conveyancer to join its growing, fully remote department. This is an excellent opportunity for a confident professional to manage a varied residential caseload while enjoying the flexibility of working from anywhere in the UK.

In this role, you’ll be responsible for handling a broad range of residential property transactions, including freehold, leasehold, new build, unregistered, and shared ownership matters, managing files independently from instruction through to completion.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage a high-volume residential conveyancing caseload from start to finish
• Handle a mix of property matters including freehold, leasehold, new build, unregistered and shared ownership transactions
• Work independently while contributing to a collaborative and supportive remote team
• Potential to increase your caseload and responsibilities over time, depending on performance and capacity

What You’ll Need

Essential:

• Proven experience independently managing a residential conveyancing caseload
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Strong time management and organisational ability, with the capacity to meet tight deadlines
• Good financial awareness, including confidence handling the financial aspects of transactions

Desirable:

• Experience mentoring or supporting junior team members
• Familiarity with Visualfiles or Practice Manager software
