The firm's Leeds office is expanding rapidly, and they are looking for a driven, experienced Legal Director to join their team and play a key role in the continued growth and success of the firm's non-contentious construction offering. The Role: As a Legal Director, you will have the opportunity to work on a wide variety of high-value, complex non-contentious construction matters, including:

• Advising on construction contracts, joint ventures, and development agreements
• Providing strategic advice to developers, contractors, and other stakeholders
• Drafting and negotiating building contracts, professional team appointments, and collateral warranties
• Supporting clients on procurement strategies, risk management, and project delivery
• Building strong relationships with clients, contributing to business development and managing client expectations

This role will offer you a fantastic opportunity to work on high-profile projects, while also providing the chance to develop and mentor junior team members. What We're Looking For: We're looking for an experienced lawyer with the following:

• At least 8 years' post-qualification experience in non-contentious construction law
• A proven track record of working on major construction projects and advising high-profile clients
• Strong technical knowledge of construction contracts and procurement
• Excellent communication and client management skills
• The ability to contribute to business development and enhance the firm's profile in the sector
• Strong leadership skills, with a passion for coaching and mentoring junior team members
