Conveyancing Assistant
Conveyancing Assistant - Wakefield The Firm:
- Long established law firm based in the centre of Wakefield
- Within walking distance to Wakefield Westgate train station
- Focuses on client care and offering a good quality service
- Close knit team offering support and training
- As a conveyancing assistant you will join a busy, friendly and supportive residential property team working with experienced conveyancers
- You will be working with a conveyancer assisting with the full remit of conveyancing transactions from inception through to completion
- The caseload is varied and will include;
- Sales and purchases
- Remortgages
- Registered, unregistered, freehold and leasehold
- Newbuilds
- Transfers of Equity
- Extensive client contact
- Must have previous experience assisting with sale and purchase caseload
- Team player
- Excellent communication skills
- You will gain hands on experience within conveyancing where progression is highly encouraged
- Competitive remuneration package to be discussed at interview
- One on one support from a highly experienced residential conveyancer
- Great transport links with Wakefield Westgate station across the road
