We’re now looking for an Assistant General Manager to join our growing team at Leeds Bradford Airport.

What makes this role special?

This is not just a front-of-house leadership position — it’s a key operational and analytical role. You’ll work closely with the General Manager, taking ownership of labour planning, rota control, cost and waste management, and financial performance tracking.

What we’re looking for:

• Proven experience in hospitality management — ideally in a fast-paced, multi-site or airport environment

• Strong planning, analytical and organisational skills with confidence using data to improve performance

• Hands-on leader who thrives in service and leads by example

• Collaborative mindset — able to work closely with fellow managers toward shared targets and goals

• Passion for operational excellence, team development, and delivering results
