Food & Beverage Team Member

What you will be doing:

• Greet customers warmly, take orders accurately, and serve food and drinks efficiently
• Assist with food preparation, including basic cooking and plating when needed
• Operate POS systems , order processing and payments
• Maintain cleanliness by bussing tables, sanitizing work areas, and adhering to food safety standards
• Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales opportunities
• Support kitchen staff with food handling, prep work, and ensuring proper sanitation practices

Qualifications

Experience

• Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments is preferred but not required; training will be provided
• Familiarity with quick service or fast-food operations is advantageous
• Knowledge of POS systems such as Bizzon /Macros
• Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently during busy periods
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with guests
• Basic math skills for order handling, retail math, and order accuracy
• Experience working in a café, retail store, or grocery environment is beneficial.
