Production Supervisor
Production Supervisor Leeds Circa £41,000 + Quarterly Bonus Days (Mon–Fri) | Every Other Friday Off Are you a Production Supervisor looking for a role where you’re genuinely rewarded for performance and can see a clear path to progression? An established and growing business in Leeds is looking to appoint a hands-on Production Supervisor to support increased demand and ongoing expansion. Reporting into senior leadership, you will be responsible for coordinating a multi-skilled production team, ensuring output, quality and delivery targets are met. This is a hands-on role, supporting the team on the shop floor while driving performance, resolving issues, and maintaining high standards. Key responsibilities include:
- Supervising and allocating work across production teams
- Supporting production activities when required
- Monitoring KPIs and ensuring delivery targets are met
- Resolving day-to-day production issues
- Maintaining quality and compliance standards
- Supporting continuous improvement initiatives
- Leading and developing team members
- Circa £41,000 salary
- Profit-related quarterly bonus
- 9-day fortnight (every other Friday off)
- Days-based role, Monday to Friday
- 25 days holiday + bank holidays
