You’ll be at the centre of a major office expansion, supporting a premium client environment designed to deliver an outstanding experience from the moment visitors walk through the door. The firm is entering an exciting phase of growth, with its Leeds office expanding across two floors, including a purpose-built client suite and impressive collaboration spaces. This role offers the opportunity to play a visible and valued part in that journey. The Opportunity Acting as the first point of contact, you’ll take ownership of the front-of-house function, ensuring every client and visitor receives a seamless, professional, and welcoming experience. Working closely with the wider office team, you’ll help maintain the smooth day-to-day running of the workplace while contributing to a high-performing, service-led culture. Key Responsibilities Deliver a warm, professional welcome to all clients and visitors Coordinate meeting rooms, ensuring they are fully prepared, presentable, and technically ready Manage bookings and schedules using internal systems Provide refreshments and hospitality to a high standard Support general office administration and operational tasks Assist with incoming calls during busy periods Maintain a consistently organised and professional reception environment Support internal initiatives, events, and wider office projects About You You’ll be someone who naturally creates a positive first impression and takes pride in delivering exceptional service. Previous experience in a front-of-house, reception, or hospitality role (ideally within professional services) Strong communication skills with a confident, approachable manner Highly organised with strong attention to detail Proactive, reliable, and able to manage multiple tasks effectively Comfortable using office systems and technology Most importantly, you’ll bring the right attitude—professional, adaptable, and committed to high standards. 35 hours per week, Monday to Friday Shifts:
Between 8:00am – 5:30pm (rota-based) Some flexibility required for occasional events or extended hours Why Apply?
