Maths teacher

The position is to start in April 2026 and will continue until the end of the academic year, with the potential of obtaining a direct contract from September 2026.

The school have been rated “good” in their most recent Ofsted report and have been praised for having knowledgeable teachers who use a range of methods to deliver the curriculum. Staff also feel that leaders support them well and they have a manageable work load.

About the Maths Teacher role:

Your role as a Maths teacher will involve displaying high levels of knowledge and assisting with the development of students across Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4 where you will be working alongside other professionals in the Maths department and sharing ideas to help further develop the curriculum.

Requirements:

* High levels of organisation, especially when it comes to planning lessons and activities
* Have a wide range of experience as a Maths teacher, with the ability to teach Maths up to Key Stage 4 level.
* Must have qualified teacher status (QTS)
* A degree in Mathematics
* Right to work in the UK
