The Role
The school is looking for an engaging and skilled Textiles Teacher who can deliver creative and practical lessons that inspire students and develop strong technical skills.
Responsibilities of the Textiles Teacher include:
Teaching Textiles across KS3 and KS4, with potential KS5 teaching
Delivering lessons on fabric techniques, garment construction, and design processes
Supporting students in developing coursework and creative portfolios
Encouraging creativity, independence, and attention to detail
Contributing to extracurricular activities and enrichment within DT
