Graduate Recruitment Advisor
- Coordinate and manage the end-to-end graduate recruitment process, ensuring a seamless experience for candidates.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify recruitment needs and develop strategies to attract top talent.
- Organise and attend university career fairs and events to promote the organisation's graduate opportunities.
- Screen applications and conduct initial candidate assessments to ensure alignment with role requirements.
- Arrange and facilitate assessment centres, interviews, and other recruitment activities.
- Maintain accurate recruitment records and produce reports to inform decision-making.
- Provide guidance and support to hiring managers throughout the recruitment process.
- Assist in the development and enhancement of graduate recruitment programmes and initiatives
