Construction Solicitor
The Construction Solicitor will deal with a range of work including;
- Getting involved in either contentious or non contentious construction law
- Drafting and reviewing construction contracts and related documentation.
- Managing and resolving construction disputes through negotiation, mediation, or litigation.
- Working with clients including contractors, developers and employers
- Advising clients with risk management in construction projects.
- Assisting in business development initiatives.
