Grass Hoppers is all about creating unforgettable experiences for families — and as our Manager, you’ll be at the heart of making that happen.

The Role: Grass Hoppers Manager

This isn’t just a job — it’s your chance to build, shape and lead a brand-new operation from the ground up.

You’ll be responsible for:

• Leading the day-to-day operation of Grass Hoppers
• Driving sales, performance and efficiency across the site
• Creating an engaged, motivated, high-performing team
• Planning ahead for seasonal demand, school holidays & events
• Delivering an outstanding, safe and fun experience for every customer
• Handling escalated customer queries and ensuring great outcomes

You’ll work closely with the wider business to bring the Grass Hoppers vision to life, ensuring it runs smoothly, commercially and brilliantly every single day

• Love working with people and creating great experiences
• Can plan ahead, stay organised, and adapt to changing demands
• Bring a positive, hands-on leadership style

Experience in customer service is essential, and experience with children or catering is a bonus
