Head of Finance
· Provide robust and appropriate challenge to the commercial business to ensure the business hits its budget, three-year plan, and acquisition targets.
· Support the team in delivering the growth required to achieve the aspirations of the business. · Enhance and further develop customer profitability reporting to facilitate better commercial decisions to drive customer retention and growth. · Key financial support to the business and any other ancillary businesses. · Ownership of the P&L, work with the Financial Controller to ensure integrity and accuracy of reported results. · Support the credit and Sales teams with significant "risk vs reward" decisions · Full finance business partnership role supporting the Commercial team. · Delivery of all reporting requirements to agreed deadlines "on time in full": § Analysis of daily reports § Weekly forecast § Monthly board report and other requirements as agreed § Annual three-year plan § Annual budget· Support to M&A and capital investment business cases.Recommended Jobs
