Personal developmentDuties for the role of Architectural Technician include: Lead and deliver on a range of projects from inception through to completion
Prepare and submit UK building regulation and planning applications
Liaise with clients, consultants and contractors, building and maintain strong working relationships
Attend site visits and ensure technical compliance of projects
Produce detailed drawing packages using RevitSkills and experience for the role of Architectural Technician: Degree within Architectural Technology
Strong post qualification experience as a Technologist within a UK practice
Proficiency with Revit
Excellent knowledge of UK building regulations
Experience working on large-scale projects across various sectors
Excellent technical and presentation skills
Strong attention to detail
Excellent communication and organisational skills
