We are seeking a sales-driven experienced Recruitment Consultant to join our Leeds office in our Technology team. As a 360 Consultant, your primary focus will be to develop and nurture relationships within both large and small organisations across the North, placing technology professionals. You will actively seek out and meet with Recruitment teams, Directors, line managers, and other key stakeholders. You will be recruiting the best and most experienced candidates for contract roles within this busy sector. The desk available in this market has derived its success from developing meaningful relationships with our clients, beating sales targets on a regular basis with genuine potential to grow more.
The responsibilities include:
- Developing and maintaining strong relationships with key decision makers.
- Sourcing, screening and recruiting top-tier candidates
- Drafting reports, ensuring compliance across all activities, and participating in internal projects.
- Contribute to the development and growth of the business
