Corporate Senior Associate

An outstanding opportunity for a Corporate Lawyer to join a highly regarded Leeds-based firm, working directly alongside a Partner with international law firm experience. This role offers exposure to complex, high-value corporate transactions and a genuinely supportive culture.

The Role

• Lead and support on corporate transactions including M&A, reorganisations, joint ventures, and shareholder arrangements.
• Work closely with clients across a range of sectors, building strong, long-term relationships.
• Opportunity to gain and expand experience in private equity deals.
• Collaborate with a Partner bringing top-tier, international firm expertise and insight.

The Candidate

• 7+ years’ PQE in corporate law, ideally with experience in M&A and transactional work.
• Private equity experience advantageous but not essential.
• Commercially minded with excellent client-handling skills.
• Team player with the ability to manage transactions independently.
