About the Role
Working closely with a Senior Fee Earner, you will provide hands-on support across a broad range of residential conveyancing matters. This position is well-suited to someone with at least six months of experience in a similar role who is ready to take on greater responsibility and continue developing their expertise within a forward-thinking firm.
Key Requirements
- A minimum of six months’ experience in a Conveyancing Assistant or Legal Support role
- Familiarity with residential property transactions, including sales and purchases
- Strong organisational skills and a keen attention to detail

Key Responsibilities
- Opening new client files and maintaining accurate data within the case management system
- Drafting standard legal documents and preparing client correspondence
- Assisting with issuing contracts and responding to enquiries
- Ordering property searches and supporting matters through to exchange
- Preparing files for completion, including issuing mortgage reports and final documentation
- Ensuring all case files are consistently updated in line with internal procedures
