Cleaning Supervisor

We're looking for a Cleaning Supervisor who will deliver excellent service standards, while meeting SLA agreements and adhering to cleaning schedules. Contract: PermanentType of Employment: Full TimeHours: 40 hours per weekRate of pay: £14.20 per hourShift pattern: 4x Early Shifts / 2x Days Off / 4x Late Shifts / 2x Days OffLocation: Trinity Leeds, Albion Street, Leeds, West Yorkshire, England, LS1 5ATRole Responsibilities: -Manage a large team, documenting attendance records & investigations -Manage Rotas to cover Holidays & Sickness -Delivering Risk Assessments & COSHH Training -Ensure equipment is kept clean, well maintained, and in safe working order -Meet all agreed SLAs and follow cleaning schedules -Build knowledge of the designated cleaning area and understand cleaning equipment and chemicals used -Follow Health and Safety requirements and complete all required training -Work effectively within a team and independently, delivering excellent customer service
What we're looking for: -Ability to communicate and read basic English -Previous cleaning Supervisor experience is essential -Flexible and proactive approach to work -Open, honest, self-driven, and determined attitude -Reliable and hardworking with a professional demeanour -Driving Licence is preferred but not essential
