The Opportunity

We're seeking a talented Executive Search Consultant to join our dynamic team and contribute to our continued growth. You'll be working on some of the most exciting strategic hires in the market, placing key investment professionals and transformational executives within fast-growing Private Equity backed companies.

Key Responsibilities

• Originate and execute retained search mandates for investment professionals and transformational executives
• Develop and maintain relationships with Private Equity firms, Portfolio Companies, and investors
• Conduct comprehensive candidate searches across our specialist sectors
• Manage the full search process from briefing through to successful placement
• Build and expand our network within target markets and industries
• Contribute to business development and client relationship management

Specialist Markets

Our focus areas include some of the most dynamic sectors in the current market:

• Manufacturing
• Consumer goods
• Aerospace & Defence
• US HVAC services

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience in retained executive search, particularly within Private Equity environments
• Demonstrated track record in originating and executing search mandates
• Experience placing investment professionals and transformational executives
• Strong relationship-building skills with the ability to develop lasting client partnerships
• Understanding of Private Equity, Portfolio Companies, and investment landscapes
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Commercial mindset with the drive to exceed targets
• Ability to work independently while contributing to team success
