Administration Co-ordinator (Land Entry)
Job Opportunity: Land Entry Administration Co-ordinator Multi-Discipline Engineering Firm - Water Sector Location: Swillington (main base) Contract: Permanent (39hours) About the Role Our client is a respected, multi‑discipline engineering consultancy operating at the forefront of the UK water sector. As they continue to expand, they are seeking a proactive and detail‑driven individual to join their growing team. Working closely with the Property Manager and a team of experienced engineers, you will play a key role in supporting land access, statutory processes, and stakeholder engagement. This role suits someone who enjoys structured, process‑led work and takes pride in accuracy, communication, and relationship‑building. Key Responsibilities
- Building strong, professional relationships with internal teams and external stakeholders
- Supporting statutory processes in line with legal requirements
- Liaising with local councils, road authorities, and land agents (experience beneficial but not essential)
- Conducting research and interpreting land drawings and associated documentation
- Issuing formal notices and maintaining accurate records
- Visiting sites to meet landowners and address queries
- Managing expectations and handling concerns with confidence and empathy
- Completing statutory forms, applications, and associated paperwork
- Strong organisational skills with exceptional attention to detail
- Confident computer literacy, including Word and Excel
- Effective time management and the ability to prioritise workload
- Clear and professional written and verbal communication
- Previous experience working with councils, highways authorities, or land agents
- A flexible, adaptable approach to changing business needs
- A proactive mindset and willingness to learn
- Flexible working hours, Monday to Friday
- 27 days annual leave plus 8 bank holidays
