We’re looking for a Workshop Manager to lead a busy, fast-paced operation where you’ll play a key role in driving performance, developing teams, and delivering exceptional customer service.

The Opportunity:

You’ll be responsible for the day-to-day running of the workshop, ensuring everything operates efficiently, safely, and to the highest standards. This is a hands-on leadership role where you’ll lead from the front and drive continuous improvement.

What You’ll Be Doing:

* Overseeing day-to-day workshop operations and performance

* Driving excellent customer service and building strong relationships

* Improving productivity, efficiency, and labour utilisation

* Leading, motivating, and developing a high-performing team

* Ensuring high standards of health & safety, quality, and compliance

* Supporting recruitment, performance management, and team engagement

What We’re Looking For:

* Strong management experience within a workshop or commercial environment

* Proven leadership and people management skills

* A confident decision-maker with excellent organisational ability

* Experience in vehicle or technical service operations (desirable)

* A proactive, hands-on approach with the ability to thrive in a busy environment
