Business Development Manager / Sales Manager / Sales Engineer required to join a specialist engineering manufacturer. The Business Development Manager / Sales Manager / Sales Engineer will be fully remote, responsible for predominately new business development for flow measurement systems to both existing and new customers, identify new sales channels, gather market insights, build relationships with key clients, and collaborate with the sales team to drive growth, with the willingness to travel across the UK and internationally. The Business Development Manager / Sales Manager / Sales Engineer will ideally have experience developing new business and managing key accounts for flow measurement systems, including flow meters and level measurement instruments, with a proven track record in industrial sales and channel management. Strong knowledge of the oil and gas industry is essential. Package: £55,000 - £75,000 (depending on experience) Bonus scheme Car allowance or company car Pension scheme PHI (Personal Health Insurance)Business Development Manager / Sales Manager / Sales Engineer Responsibilities: Actively promote and sell the current flow computer models to both existing and new customers, ensuring strong revenue generation across the UK and internationally as required. Identify and target new sales channels in markets that require local representation, expanding the business reach and customer base. Gather market insights and customer feedback to identify potential new products and extensions to the current configurable range of flow measurement solutions. Build and nurture relationships with key clients, understanding their needs and ensuring their requirements are met with high-quality products and services. Work closely with the existing sales team and the Managing Director to ensure alignment with the business’s growth strategy and target objectives. Willingness to travel across the UK and internationally to meet with clients and prospects, promoting the brand and driving business growth.Business Development Manager / Sales Manager / Sales Engineer Requirements: Experience as a Key Account Manager, Area Sales Manager, Sales Engineer, Business Development Manager, Sales Manager, or Technical Sales Engineer within flow measurement and instrumentation. Experience of flow measurement systems, and mechanical or industrial instrumentation products such as pressure, temperature, flow, level, or analytical measurement instruments. Strong knowledge of the oil and gas industry is essential. Experience in managing and developing sales channels and distributor networks. Full UK driving license. Willingness to travel within the UK and internationally
