Our client is seeking a passionate and motivated English ECT to join a successful secondary school in Leeds. This is a full-time, permanent role starting January 2026, ideal for an Early Career Teacher looking to begin their career in a supportive and well-structured environment.

The Role
You will teach English across KS3 and KS4 , delivering engaging and well-planned lessons that support strong literacy development. You will benefit from a structured ECT programme, including mentoring from an experienced subject specialist and regular CPD.

• QTS (or pending) in English
• Passion for literature and language
• Strong classroom presence and organisation
• Commitment to inclusive teaching and safeguarding
