Accounts Assistant
- Set up and maintain customer and supplier accounts, including credit checks and limit reviews
- Process sales and purchase invoices, supplier payments, customer receipts and expenses
- Complete bank reconciliations and maintain accurate financial records and spreadsheets
- Support weekly payroll processing, with full training provided
- Assist with month end and year end reporting
